Kwenzi Support Services
We aim to offer wide range of services to young people, by working collaboratively with social care and local mental health support teams, including education services designed to meet the needs of our young people.
Residential support services will include supporting young people with mental health difficulties, young people with neurodiversity conditions, looked-after children, including Separated Children Seeking Asylum (SCSA) typically placed as part of the National Transfer Scheme.
The support will aim to reduce the risk our young people pose, meet their complex needs, and help them to manage their physical and behavioural difficulties, so they can acquire skills and knowledge to navigate their emotional difficulties, build healthy relationships and lead responsible and rewarding adult lives in future.

Our History
We are a small organisation aiming to offer Specialist mental Health Services for young people under the age of 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties with complex needs.
The company founders are experienced practitioners who have worked in local NHS Crisis Teams for young people for more than 10 years. They are driven by a desire to offer tailored support with realistic expectation based on the young person and their families/carers by working collaboratively with social care and other care providers.
Clinical Process
The experienced registered managers and care co-ordinator will carry out a full assessment to determine the needs of the young person to determine if the needs can be met by the team initially. The assessment will include strength and protective factors, identify mental health difficulties exploring predisposing & precepting factors, risk factors, attachment patterns and core beliefs.
If the team can meet the needs, the young person will be involved in developing their own care plan ensuring holistic support plans.
Resources
Kwenzi Support Services endeavour to work collaboratively with local authorities utilising available resources to help manage and progress young person’s future care plan.
