Specialist Behavioural Consultancy for Children and Young People
Kwenzi Support Services is a specialist clinical consultancy supporting children and young people up to the age of 25 with neurodevelopmental conditions, complex behavioural needs, and placement challenges.
We work alongside residential providers, local authorities, schools, families, and multidisciplinary teams to improve placement stability, reduce behavioural escalation, and strengthen the confidence and capability of those providing care.
Using a formulation-led, trauma-informed, and person-centred approach, we combine expertise in mental health, learning disability, neurodevelopmental conditions, and behavioural science to develop practical strategies that create safer, more stable, and more positive outcomes.
